The chair was packaged well, which was a nice surprise - seems to be a crap shoot when you place an online order. It was easy to put together and is comfortable. The recline is nice and you have 3 different positions. If you recline at the lowest setting, it would feel awkward without a footrest of some sort. The material is soft but seems to attract a little bit of lint so I wouldn’t wear anything fuzzy on it. It’s a uniquely shaped piece at a nice price. It’s probably not going to handle rough handling or a lot of weight, but I only plan to use it when I need a break from work and need to chill out for a little bit. It’s in my office next to an almost full sized picture of white beech trees. Hopefully this will help me achieve a zen state of mind as needed.Cons:1. Not made in America2. PricePros:Chair is beautiful and I absolutely love it for the space I needed it for. It's a tad larger than I expected it to be, but a great compliment for my asian style guest room. It's light and easily mobile, but seems quite sturdy. The material on the cushions feel very nice and it has adequate support. It has three chair positions that you can manually adjust the back, all very comfortable. This is definitely a unique buy. I do think it should be about $100 bucks cheaper for what you get, though, especially due to the fact that it's made in China. However, I'm happy with it and I'd recommend it.This chair arrived with the wrong size bolts for assembly. The bolts supplied were of the wrong thread type (probably whitworth instead of metric) and so they are useless.I contacted Christopher Knight Home asking that they send the correct bolts but they washed their hands of the issue, claiming it's Amazon's responsibility. I don't agree. They also told me it would take them 3-6 months to supply me with the correct bolts.Consequently I will be packing the chair up and sending it back to Amazon. So no matter how stylish you think this chair, please be aware that Christopher Knight Home most likely won't stand by their product. Supplying the wrong bolts is such a basic error, but apparently Christopher Knight Home are okay with it.It’s comfortable chair and looks amazing in our living roomUnusable. Leg came cracked.
