This is my third one of these in 25 years; very reliable. I make coffee daily, and it's a fantastic unit. The major changes since I bought my last one: Bunn used to include a de-liming spring https://www.amazon.com//dp/B00HQ0A66K and a water pitcher https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00ON6IIT2. Also the carafe has evolved, and this new one includes a plastic tine in the lid to make pouring go more smoothly. A usage note: for a full pot of strong coffee, about midway through I have to open the pour-in lid to pause the flow of water for about 30 seconds, otherwise water and coffee grounds overflow the basket. This was true on my last two units, no change with the new one.
